Instructions:

Shake well before use to activate the thermal active ingredients. Heat the mud sachet under warm running water, or pour the content in the mud-heater. Distribute the mud onto scalp and hair with a brush and massage. Maintain a warm temperature using a vaporizer, or wrap your head in a heated towel or cap. Let the mud sit for 10 minutes. Rinse and wash with the specific Thermal Shampoo and repeat if needed.
